An NVC-based circle for Women

There are parts of us that rarely get spoken elsewhere — our cycles, motherhood, aging, desire, the roles we carry as women. This is an online circle built for exactly that: a space to slow down together, be truly heard, and remember we're not the only ones feeling what we feel. Gently grounded in Nonviolent Communication, rooted in honest connection.

Open to women with basic NVC training and who have experience giving empathy.
